After visiting a number of shelters in the Austin Texas area, we finally found our Monkey through a rescue organisation called Paw Match. He was all ribs and fleas and mange with a huge smile and an ever-wagging tail. He spotted us before we recognised him as ours, dancing on his hind legs and flashing a huge grin! Now, four years later we've moved to London where we are constantly asked about his pedigree and background because he is so handsome. We love telling people he is a one of a kind rescue dog from Texas and that we're the lucky ones.
